    Does Anyone Know How Those Websites That List New Construction…?

    There is websites that you can sign up with that list all of the major building jobs in the planning or bidding phase. Does anyone know how they get this information without going to each County’s Building Department individually?

      They may:
      - have deals with construction companies to let them know of new constructions
      - buy lists of new constructions from list brokers

      The county is willing to provide the information in return for money. The reason that it is “recorded” is to make it public information. Nothing is hidden..
