Im new to this and I went to the county building to get a sheriff’s sale list and I dont know how to find the properties because it does not give you an address. All it says is film code # official public records. If anyone knows how to go about getting the addresses for these properties, please help. Thank you!

The county is making you do some extra work. Ask for the film code-that may be the pin # if it is –you can look it up by the pin #. Or you may have to look at the film #; to find the pin #; to finally find the address.
Most states/counties require that any sheriffs sale must be published in a newspaper in the county of the sale. So easier to take a look at the legal notices- in the major county paper. This will give you the pin, the address, the defendant and the plaintiff , the attys and the sale date.

this list is just for –as far as i know–lender’s foreclosures.
