That sounds very good, few things though:
1. You’re missing RAM, hard drive, and a motherboard. These will increase the price quite a bit. I don’t think you’ll be able to keep it under $500 when you add these parts with those specs.
2. That blue case, oo ahh you can do better than that :p Not a huge fan of see through cases I guess.

Hey talk to Carbonfrost Systems. They are having a secret sale right now and you can get a better system than that for that price. The budget is low but if anyone can do a great deal for you its CF.
Their contact is support@carbonfrost.comhttp://www.carbonfrost.com/
Thats their website if you want to see what kind of computers they build.

Just wondering here. The GeForce 7950 at 512 is rather high considering you have a $500 budget. And no mention of the motherboard you plan to use.http://www.myputerdr.com/index.html

For an entry-mid level computer it’s OK, but for an advanced level system, it’s very underpowered these days.
Unforunatly, you’re not going to get a great system for less than $500, the last gaming system I had built cost over $6,000.

Whatever you do, make sure you get a lot of memory with your hard drive. As memory increases, so does RAM. RAM is VERY important when it comes to gaming and things like that… the more, the better. Check how much RAM you are getting with your hard drive, and I would reccommend AT LEAST 1GB if not more… for example, to play GHIII on Windows Vista, it reccommends 2GB… so if you plan to do a lot of multi-tasking or gaming, make sure you take this into consideration and hopefully get plenty [you could also ask people like Geek Squad at Best Buy for reccommendations on your computer because they would definitely know]. Good luck!
