I currently run two websites, one selling golf gifts and the other one is a website about mortgages. I want to be able to build a targeted email list for both of the sites, but I am not sure how I go about doing that. I don’t want to buy a list from some company as I don’t think that works, but want to make more money with the list. Does anybody have any tutorials or can help me really quick on how to build my targeted email list for each site?

Or any in your area that you know….example mirvac homes etc

Loads on what?
Boiler load? Then it’s space heating, steam dearation, and process loads.
Chiller load? The it’s space cooling, dehumidification, and process loads.
Heating load? Then it’s skin load, plus ventilation load, plus infiltration load, minus internal heat gains.
Electric load? Then it’s lights, space conditioning, ventilation, compressed air and process loads like motors (pumps, fans, rotating equipment.) and perhaps processing heating.
Compressed air load? Then it’s process controls, and … well .. you get the idea.
The word “load’ doesn’t tell us enough to help you.
