So Gold or Silver Age deck ? Which should I build first, and any lists out of those types I should go for first?

ok so im turning 15 and we did this with church and it was tons of fun. an example of what to put on there is like everyone on top of a building and u take a picture as proof. if anyone knows any websties with a list or have one please answer. btw i looked all over google. so yeah.

It would be really helpful to know the list of parts i need, im going to get a book on how to fit them. Or if you know a website that explains it all. Sorry if im being abit vauge :S
