im 15 and i weigh 185 lbs. i want to lose weight and gain lots of muscle. i have 2 25 pound dumbbells and a bench. plz give me a routine that will make my body muscular. plz list the reps and sets and days.

When you’re trying to build muscle, as far as the protein consumption goes, is it 1g of protein per pound or per kilogram? I have heard both. It would be cool if you listed a reference. you’d definitely get the 10 points if you did that.

Is it possible for me to make any noticible gains in muscle mass and strength doing “body weight” excersizes…ie. push-ups, sit-ups, chin-ups, tri extensions, etc. I would also be taking protein supplement in combinations with these work outs.
If it is possible please list the various excersizes I can perform to maximize growth and strength or a source I can reference.
