If I build a clone model to identify prospects that look like my customers, what range of scores should I expect to find when I score a list form a vendor?

It seems that the going rate for a peerage is a party donation of millions of pounds, whereas a more routine transaction, e.g. permission to build on the green belt, only costs a few hundred thousand. But the system is far from transparent; for example how do I know how much to donate to the labour party if I want planning permission for an extension, or just a minor government contract. There probably is a going rate but shouldn’t it be in the public domain?

I have about six Build-A-Bear’s that I bought for my son this year that he has never played with. They have been in a smoke-free, pet-free home in plastic bag in a box in my closet.
