In an effort to consolidate a list of all those immature professionals who leave the organization without giving formal notices; is there a site where we can register as organizations and build this list, so that future employers can refer to it while recruiting people and save from pain in the future?

My problem is this- I’m building a huge database of client contacts in Excel. I want to be able to take the column that contains e-mail addresses and somehow make a file or sheet(txt, csv, xcl, whatever) with the addresses seperated by commas, so I can use that file as a mailing list. The problem with saving the excel file as a csv is that it only works if the data you’ve highlighted is in a horizontal row – if it’s a column, the data will only be seperated by line. Is there any easy way, like a macro or function, to insert commas or make a CSV from a column?

To me Social Security is a waste of my money. I cant retire till I am 70 and by then , there will be nothing left. If I invest or even bank that money, I will be getting a lot more productivity out of it. Are there any tricks to get out of the SSI system?
