    What Do I Need To Learn To Build A Website Where Files Are Uploaded And Rated By Members? ?

    I would like to have the option to list search results by either most recently added or top rated. I am a beginner, so I don’t know what it is that I need exactly to start building up my website. I will be using dreamweaver on a mac.

      You’re going to need to start by learning php. Not only will you need to permit users to “upload” files, but you will also have to have a means for other users to view them, which is going to be quite a piece of programming. Good luck. http://www.w3schools.com/php/default.asp
