Luke 22:36, “Jesus said to them, “But now if you have a purse, take it, and also a bag; and if you don’t have a sword, sell your cloak and buy one.”
This verse is a warning to Christians that we will have to defend ourselves against evil people in this world. Back then swords were state of the art for self-defense. Now we have guns, and there seems to be no shortage of evil people we must defend ourselves against.
Christians should be more agressive when it comes to fighting evil…

I’m thinking maybe some remote passage from Leviticus about dietary rules. That way, you can make sure no other denomination is following the same rules your denomination does. If you do that, it will be much easier to heap scorn on the other religions that have abandoned the “true” path to God.
